Personal Patient Products, a company owned by two sisters, has put together a new product, which is most helpful to patients in the hospital. When a family member was in the hospital, personal information was put up on the wall in his hospital room. This helped the caregivers get to know him better as a person, not just a patient. Therefore, we have developed something we call "Personal Patient”, a chart that the patient, family or friend can fill in and put up in the room. The chart is 11" by 17". Included in the packaging is a pen and removable adhesive squares for attaching personal pictures. There is a pediatric chart on one side, and another chart on the other side for older patients.
